Machine Learning & Visualization
rtemis is a platform for advanced machine learning and visualization in R.
The rtemis project has three aims:
- Applied Data Science: Make advanced data analysis efficient and accessible to all
- Machine Learning Research: Provide a platform to develop and test novel ML algorithms
- Education: Make ML concepts easy to learn by delivering bite-sized vignettes along with code and visualization
rtemis was created by EDG while at the Penn Neuroscience Graduate Group (Gennatas 2017).

These are the new docs for rtemis version 0.99+, following an almost complete rewrite of the package. They are a work in progress.
